Returns & Exchanges

At Daydress, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
